using a patented technology that weaves spandex into the sweatband to
give the visor a stretch-ability that assures comfort and fit. It's like

Where did the idea
come from?
The flexible fitting visor was an idea that was just waiting to happen. Expensive
fitted visors, made in exact head sizes, began to overtake the adjustable
visors (with the plastic tab) in popularity. Often, customers found that it
was becoming difficult to find a visor in their size - and when the visor was
found it was very expensive. Eureka! FlexFit hats and visors were born.
