are a patented product made of closed cell vinyl foam, technically called
Ethyl Vinyl Acetate or EVA. EVA is the same material used for the mid
soles of top brand name athletic shoes, because it's lightweight,
waterproof, and extremely durable.
The Headcooler™ is unlike any other sun visor on the
market. It won't pinch your head or shatter like plastic visors, it won't
lose its shape or crush a hairstyle like cloth visors, and it won't absorb
and retain perspiration or oils like other visors. In addition to being
lightweight, the Headcooler™ is waterproof (floats in water), crushproof
(it can be rolled or folded and it quickly returns to its original shape),
adjustable (the plastic snaps allow for 16 size adjustments, so it fits
heads large or small), reversible, washable and durable. We describe this
product as the most comfortable sun visor a person will ever wear. AND
it's screen-printable, and can be decorated on either side or both sides
(air dry or force dry at less than 125° Fahrenheit).
