others. Customer is responsible for all Shipping Charges on any
non-defective items returned or refused.

want happy customers. To return an item for any reason, just call our
toll-free number. We have a “no hassle” return policy and no
“restocking” charge. All we ask is that you pay all freight charges,
don’t put any screen printing or embroidery materials on any item or
remove any tags, and return within 30 days.
We
only ship to continental U.S.A., FPO and APO addresses. If you have a
freight forwarder, consolidator, or friend/business associate in the
U.S. who can receive your shipment and forward it to you, please advise
us of their address and phone number. Your order will be shipped
immediately.
